Important and easy ways of Conserve Water
Conserving water helps us by supplying more amount of water for longer usage. It has become necessary in all areas because these natural resources are reducing along with the increasing population and their usages.
There are several ways to conserve water. Here are some important and easy ways for the conservation of water
Keeping the tap closed when not in use.
Check for the openings or leaks in water distribution pipes.
Make sure to use collected rainwater for gardening or washing purpose.
Always have a measure of how many buckets of water is wasted in a day and try to reduce.
Do not run more water than necessary while washing and cleaning clothes, utensils, etc.
Do not prolong your bathing. Go for a quick shower rather than wasting buckets of water
Rainwater harvesting is one of the best method used for conserving water. There are different methods used to preserve rainwater instead of getting it wasted.

Conservation of Water
Water is one of the basic necessities for every living being and we cannot imagine a life without water. It is the natural resource and the main constituent of our planet earth. Water is the universal solvent and plays a key role in the existence of various forms of life on the planet earth. It is widely used for various purposes such as washing, bathing, cleaning, cooking, drinking, and other industrial and domestic uses.
Water is a colourless and odourless substance that is essential for the survival of living beings. There are various sources of water such as wells, rivers, ponds, lakes, oceans, big dams, and streams. As we all know, nearly 70 to 80 percent of the Earth’s surface is covered by water, among which only 1-2 per cent water is pure and suitable for human use.
Conservation of water mainly refers to protect, preserve, and control the usage of water and its resources. It is the system introduced to manage freshwater, reduce the wastage and protect the water and its resources in order to reduce and to avoid the scarcity. Therefore, we all should come forward to create awareness about conservation of water among our own friends, family, neighbours, society, etc. Conservation of water is very much essential as it saves life on earth.

The atomic nature of the elements
Paralleling the development of the concept of elements was an understanding of the nature of matter. At various times in history, matter has been considered to be either continuous or discontinuous. Continuous matter is postulated to be homogeneous and divisible without limit, each part exhibiting identical properties regardless of size. This was essentially the point of view taken by Aristotle when he associated his elemental qualities with continuous matter. Discontinuous matter, on the other hand, is conceived of as particulate—that is, divisible only up to a point, the point at which certain basic units called atoms are reached. According to this concept, also known as the atomic hypothesis, subdivision of the basic unit (atom) could give rise only to particles with profoundly different properties.

The designation of species originates in taxonomy, where the species is the fundamental unit of classification recognized by the International Commission of Zoological Nomenclature. Every species is assigned a standard two-part name of genus and species. The genus is the generic name that includes closely related species; the gray wolf, for example, is classified as Canis lupus and is a close relative of the coyote found in North America and designated as Canis latrans, their systematic relation indicated by their sharing the same genus name, Canis. Similarly, genera that have shared characters (or traits) are classified in the same taxonomic family; related families are placed in the same order; related orders are placed in the same class; and related classes are placed in the same phylum.

The study of disease is called pathology. It involves the determination of the cause (etiology) of the disease, the understanding of the mechanisms of its development (pathogenesis), the structural changes associated with the disease process (morphological changes), and the functional consequences of those changes. Correctly identifying the cause of a disease is necessary to identifying the proper course of treatment.

In populations of finite size, the genetic structure of a new generation is not necessarily that of the previous one. The explanation lies in a sampling effect, based on the fact that a subsample from any large set is not always representative of the larger set. The gametes that form any generation can be thought of as a sample of the alleles from the parental one. By chance the sample might not be random; it could be skewed in either direction. For example, if p = 0.600 and q = 0.400, sampling “error” might result in the gametes having a p value of 0.601 and a q of 0.399. If by chance this skewed sampling occurs in the same direction from generation to generation, the allele frequency can change radically.

shoot systems
Entire shoot systems are often modified for such special functions as climbing, protection, adaptation to arid habitats, and water or food storage. The modifications generally involve structural and shape changes to the stem and the reduction of the leaves to small scales. Many of the modifications parallel those previously described for leaves. In the passion flower (Passiflora; Passifloraceae) and grape (Vitis vinifera; Vitaceae), axillary buds develop as tendrils with reduced leaves and suppressed axillary buds. In the grape these axillary tendrils are actually modified and reduced inflorescences. In the plant from which strychnine is obtained (Strychnos nux-vomica), the axillary buds develop into hooks for climbing.

Species, in biology, classification comprising related organisms that share common characteristics and are capable of interbreeding. This biological species concept is widely used in biology and related fields of study. There are more than 20 other different species concepts, however. Some examples include the ecological species concept, which describes a species as a group of organisms framed by the resources they depend on (in other words, their ecological niche), and the genetic species concept, which considers all organisms capable of inheriting traits from one another within a common gene pool and the amount of genetic difference between populations of that species.Ref: species | Definition, Types, & Examples | Britannica
