Water, Energy, And The Environment
Conservation of Water
Water is one of the basic necessities for every living being and we cannot imagine a life without water. It is the natural resource and the main constituent of our planet earth. Water is the universal solvent and plays a key role in the existence of various forms of life on the planet earth. It is widely used for various purposes such as washing, bathing, cleaning, cooking, drinking, and other industrial and domestic uses.
Water is a colourless and odourless substance that is essential for the survival of living beings. There are various sources of water such as wells, rivers, ponds, lakes, oceans, big dams, and streams. As we all know, nearly 70 to 80 percent of the Earth’s surface is covered by water, among which only 1-2 per cent water is pure and suitable for human use.
Conservation of water mainly refers to protect, preserve, and control the usage of water and its resources. It is the system introduced to manage freshwater, reduce the wastage and protect the water and its resources in order to reduce and to avoid the scarcity. Therefore, we all should come forward to create awareness about conservation of water among our own friends, family, neighbours, society, etc. Conservation of water is very much essential as it saves life on earth.

Sun, Moon, and brightest planets
The Sun, Moon, and brightest planets were visible to the naked eyes of ancient astronomers, and their observations and calculations of the movements of these bodies gave rise to the science of astronomy. Today the amount of information on the motions, properties, and compositions of the planets and smaller bodies has grown to immense proportions, and the range of observational instruments has extended far beyond the solar system to other galaxies and the edge of the known universe. Yet the solar system and its immediate outer boundary still represent the limit of our physical reach, and they remain the core of our theoretical understanding of the cosmos as well. Earth-launched space probes and landers have gathered data on planets, moons, asteroids, and other bodies, and this data has been added to the measurements collected with telescopes and other instruments from below and above Earth’s atmosphere and to the information extracted from meteorites and from Moon rocks returned by astronauts. All this information is scrutinized in attempts to understand in detail the origin and evolution of the solar system—a goal toward which astronomers continue to make great strides.

Garden asparagus, the most economically important species of the genus, is cultivated in most temperate and subtropical parts of the world. As a vegetable, it has been prized by epicures since Roman times. It is most commonly served cooked, either hot or in salad; the classic accompaniment is hollandaise sauce. In 2018 the world’s leading producers of asparagus were China, Peru, Mexico, Germany, and Thailand. Commercial plantations are not undertaken in regions where the plant continues to grow throughout the year, for the shoots become more spindly and less vigorous each year; a rest period is required. Where the climate is favourable and with proper care, an asparagus plantation may be productive for 10 to 15 years or longer. The best soil types for asparagus are deep, loose, light clays, with much organic matter, and light sandy loams. Asparagus will thrive in soils too salty for other crops, but acidic soils are to be avoided. The asparagus cutting season varies from 2 to 12 weeks, depending on age of the plantation and on climate.

Asparagus ornamental plants
Asparagus, (genus Asparagus), genus of the family Asparagaceae with up to 300 species native from Siberia to southern Africa. Best known is the garden asparagus (Asparagus officinalis), cultivated as a vegetable.for its succulent spring stalks. Several African species are grown as ornamental plants.
Asparagus species may be erect or climbing, and most of the species are more or less woody. The rhizomelike, or sometimes tuberous, roots give rise to conspicuous fernlike branchlets. True leaves are reduced to small scales. Many species are dioecious (individuals are either male or female), and the small greenish yellow flowers in the spring are followed by red berries in the fall. Members of the genus are characterized by the presence of cladodes, which are leaflike organs in the axils of the true leaves.

Population, in human biology, the whole number of inhabitants occupying an area (such as a country or the world) and continually being modified by increases (births and immigrations) and losses (deaths and emigrations). As with any biological population, the size of a human population is limited by the supply of food, the effect of diseases, and other environmental factors.

The diagnostic term attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) refers to individuals who display patterns of inattention, impulsivity, and overactive behavior that interfere with daily functioning (American Psychiatric Association [APA], 2013).
The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) V (APA, 2013) criteria for diagnosing ADHD list
three types of ADHD and the accompanying characteristics.
Predominantly inattentive type.
The student may:
o submit inaccurate or incomplete work,
o have difficulty attending to conversations, activities, or tasks,
o be easily distracted,

Computer Games:
Computer Games: Computer games increase opportunities for responding and activeengagement and provide immediate feedback about accuracy. In addition, manystudents with ADHD find computer learning games highly reinforcing.
Student-Created Reviews Students can create ways of reviewing previously taught content. For example, they may create
questions and answers for a card game such as Go Fish or Concentration.
Frequent Redirection: Learning partners can be assigned to help each other stay ontask.
Transition Buddies: Transition buddies are helpful for students with ADHD whohave trouble refocusing their attention as they transition from one academic lesson tothe next. Further, verbal or nonverbal teacher cues signaling upcoming transitionshelp prepare students for changes in activities or lessons.
Seating Arrangements: Seat the student with ADHD away from distractions and close tothe teaching action.

An Introduction to "Teaching Multilingual Learners: An Introduction to Translingual Pedagogy"
Sharing Strategies Think, Pair, Share/Square Share/Group Share: Using thisapproach, students work with peer partners to discuss the lesson, check each other’swork, and share strategies.Partner Reading Student partners take turns reading orally and listening to each other. Peer partners can also be helpful with discussing answers to comprehension questions, spelling, proofreading, and solving math problems.
Self-Correction Opportunities Students use calculators or a key provided by the teacher to check their answers.Learning Games Students play board games that reinforce skills such as sight vocabulary, phonics, grammar rules, and basic math facts.
