  • Drink enough water
It’s common to get a little constipated if you don’t drink enough water. Inactivity, diet changes, illness, and even stress can add to the problem. Constipation usually passes on its own, but you can help move things along with exercise, over-the-counter meds, and of course, water. See a doctor if your constipation lasts for more than a week or two or you have dizziness, bad pain in your belly, or blood in your stool. These could be signs of something more serious. It also focuses on effective listening, using technology to communicate, and being able to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts—all within diverse contexts (adapted from P21). Note that working in partners is a great way to collaborate or build shared understanding but a critical part of communication is sharing with an authentic audience.

  • How does cloud computing work
You also have to purchase software as well as software licenses and then provide these softwares to your employees as they require. Whenever you hire a new employee, you need to buy more software or make sure your current software license allows another user. It is so stressful that you have to spend lots of money. But, there may be an alternative for executives like you. So, instead of installing a suite of software for each computer, you just need to load one application. That application will allow the employees to log-in into a Web-based service which hosts all the programs for the user that is required for his/her job. Remote servers owned by another company and that will run everything from e-mail to word processing to complex data analysis programs. It is called cloud computing, and it could change the entire computer industry.

But how do you give data and instructions to the computer and how it can return the useful information to you.To do all these, different types of input and output devices can be connected with the computer.Input DevicesThe devices which are used to give data and instructions to the computer are called Input Devices. Various types of input devices can be used with the computer depending upon the type of data you want to enter in the computer, e.g., keyboard, mouse, joystick, light pen, etc.Output DevicesThe devices which are used to display the results or information are called Output Devices. You can view the output on the monitor or you can print it on a paper using a printer. Monitor and the printer are the commonly used output devices.

You could ask questions like: What is your definition of risk? Are you a risk taker? Why/why not? What are the advantages/disadvantages of taking risks? What risks do you come across in your work/life? What risks have you taken in your life?

  • Rumours and Facts on COVID-19
Wearing a medical mask can help limit the spread of COVID-19 disease, when coughing or sneezing. For healthy people, wear a mask only if you are taking care of a person with suspected COVID-19 infection. However, using a mask alone is not guaranteed to stop infections and should be combined with other prevention measures including hand washing, respiratory hygiene and avoiding close contact-at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and other people with respiratory symptoms. Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is damp and dispose it properly in a closed bin; do not re-use single use mask https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/nepal-documents/novel-coronavirus/un-rumour-tracking-english-issue-2.pdf?sfvrsn=bd68b830_2

  • Social distancing brought mighty economies to their knees
The entire world's economy has shrunk dramatically. The pandemic delivered the most severe blow to the U.S. economy since the Great Depression as gross domestic product collapsed and millions of jobs were lost.   "This recession was by far the deepest one in postwar history," Richard Clarida, vice chair of the Federal Reserve, noted in a speech.
