Benefits: This yoga pose helps increase flexibility, balance, and strength and can also help in relieving stress and tension in the spine and hips. It also helps those suffering from constipation. Who Should Avoid: Anybody who has had a recent or chronic injury to the knees, hips, spine, or neck, high or low blood pressure, migraine and diarrhoea.
